- I'm so sorry for the huge wait with the prizes from the last contest, I admit to being lasy, forgetful, and just tardy. I'm sorry to all the winners for the hiatus I took, and for not keeping the club up to date. Please everyone accept my sincere apologies, I promise never do to then again, ever. That said, contributors and winners will be reminded of the prizes that are owed and won. Take note however of the first prize at the top from the contest before, I'm working on that before the requests from this contest, so the prises are queued at this point in time.

Okay, the short story is that I first made fractal tiaras for the Sailor scouts, and since everyone loved them so much, I did a contest, which ended last week, and the entries were very good. If anyone submits an Infinate Sailor Scout of their own, the picture will be featured on the journal for a month, fanart or fanfic!^^

Chapter 11 Fanart Competition - Fight for the Nova
Okay, this contest was designed for three reasons, firstly, I figured it was a good idea to do something like it now, while the chapter's fresh, secondly, I'm sure you all agree, it's time that more art should be posted here, and finally, I personally think it's time some Sailor Moon Infinite fanart should be posted again. Soooooooo, this is a fanart contest on the current chapter, 'Fight of the Nova'. Essentially, you can draw anyone, anywhere in the chapter, so long as the characters and the scene are within the chapter itself. It's also helpful t find a quote from the chapter that is a direct relation to the picture.^^
For anyone drawing Sailor Nova, below is her full appearence profile;

Nova is a tall, average weighted girl.

Sailor Nova carries a magic rod with the Nova fractal Inverse shape at the top, two long silver rod earrings, and a gold ring on her left middle finger.

People drawing the Infinte Senshi, basically the same, expect that their skirts are now down to their knees and the have their fractal tiaras, I'll soon post links on here, but for now, refer to the gallery to see the tiaras. Also, those doing Chibiusa must take note that she's 18 years old in the fanfiction.^^ Everything else is the same!^^
Everything else is up to you, just keep it in the context of the chapter!^^ I'll keep this up for a month to see what happens! First place is two requests, second place gets one, you can only enter once, and each entry will be submitted as a deviation, and will be featured until the month after the competition finishes!^^ If anyone else wants to add to the prizes, go right ahead and tell me, because, if you ask me, the prizes now are kinda crap!

Well, that ended well! I guess I'm stuck with judging again! Anyway, because only one vote was cast, I'll might as well spill it, since it doesn't matter now, it was fairymystic voting herself! Oh well! But Since I did the judging my favorite wins, and that was xPrincessxSerenityx's Sailor Nova, as I said in her comments, it was exactly as I picture nova to be, so she get's 1st prise. 2nd prise goes to Kishi005's Sailor Nova, as a fan of her art, I loved how she did her rendition of her, especially getting her rod right, with the Inverse Nova shape right!^^ Sorry fairymystic, you have to settle for 3rd prise!

Please don't bully or insult a member or a guest, it simply drags down the atomsphere and that really pisses me off!
Respect the Senshi, especially the higher up's, they DO have power here, and they are NOT afraid to use it! Please read the bottom to understand the Senshi and their power.
The whole idea of the room is to chat with members and other deviants over anything, don't try to drag down the mood, otherwise you may be kicked, or even banned.
From time to time, we might have a game or two in the room! Please, continue to respect the rules, and any other rules, if any other, for the games!

nner enshi -
The Inner Senshi are considered members of the club and any other chatroom members who were promoted by the members. The Inner Senshi cannot kick or ban, but they do have right to report to the higher ranked senshi who can do so, however, as mentioned before, the Inner Senshi can also promote anyone they like, as high as the level of Inner Senshi.

uter enshi -
The Outer Senshi are specific members who have more power over the chatroom, and are very willing to use it. While the Outer Senshi cannot ban, they can kick anyone from the room for any reason, wether by their own cause, or from one of the Inner Senshi. The Outer Senshi can, like the Inner Senshi, report to the Starlights if they wish to ban a person from the room, but the reason must be wholey just and agreed upon by the rest of the room. The Outer Senshi can also promote anyone they like, as high as the level of Outer Senshi.

tarlights -
The Starlights have the highest power, below the founders of the room, being the club and the founder, Droid24747, and they are very willing to use it. The Starlights can both kick and ban anyone from the room, wether by their own cause, or from the lower Senshi groups, however, if there is a cause to ban, the reason must be wholey just and agreed upon by the rest of the room. The Startlights also have the power to promote anyone they like, as high as the level of Starlights.

ounders (Temperary name) -
Founders are the two admins of the chatroom, the club, InfinateSailorScouts, and the founder of the club and the room, Droid24747. Like the Starlights, the Founders can kick and ban anyone from the room for any reason, however, if there is a cause to ban, the reason must be wholey just and agreed upon by the rest of the room. Founders also have the power to promote anyone they like, as high as the level of Founders, however, it is extremely rare for a member from any group in the room to become a Founder, unless they become an admin for the club as well as the room. This is because Founders are admins!
Special Rule for all the High Members
Please use you power properly, don't decide to randomly kick or ban anyone just because they annoy you or you hold a grudge against them.
If there are enough reports of privlage abuse in the room, appropreate action will occur, this may result in an autokick from the room until a certain time period, instant demotion to the Inner Senshi, or banning.

Rules will also be updated from now on, depending on any things not covered already. Everyone, please follow the rules, understand the powers and have a good time!^^
